Semi-Homemade Pizzas

Ricotta and Veggie (nom nom nom)





Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough from the refrigerator section of the grocery store - baked to package instructions


Cook 1 red onion, 4 oz. sun dried tomatoes, 8 oz. package of mushrooms in saute pan of Olive Oil and garlic; add salt and pepper to taste.  Add about half of a 6 oz. bag of Baby Spinach to slightly wilt
Cover pizza dough in Ricotta, Veggie mix, and I topped with a shredded blend of Italian cheeses.  Absolutely delicious.





Classic 

Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough 
Pizza sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - to cover





Buffalo Chicken



Pillsbury thin crust pizza dough
Buffalo sauce - I used about a half a bottle of bought sauce or you can use hot sauce + butter
Half a rotisserie chicken - shredded
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese - to cover
Drizzle of Blue cheese dressing/dip (I added some before and after it was baked)
